Tuition fees

In order to make the same opportunities to a higher education available regardless of students' economic conditions, the Italian Constitution guarantees the right to study through generally controlled tuition fees and the funding of a number of scholarships so to enable even students from more disadvantaged families to access at universities. This is the reason why tuition fees in Italian universities may appear lower than in other analogous institutions abroad.

The maximum amount of fees for a full-time enrollment at the IR Master's degree in a.y. 2021/2022 is of € 1.600,00 which includes € 140.00 for the regional tax for the right to study and the € 16.00 for the tax stamp.

International students are supposed to pay fees based on their origin countries :

  • Students coming from particularly poor countries pay 156 euros per year
  • Students coming from extra OCSE countries pay 156 euros per year
  • Students coming from OCSE countries pay 387 euros per year
