Tuition Fees

For the Academic Year 2018/2019, the maximum level of tuition and fees of the enrollment in the GPR Master's degree is Euro 1.536,00 which includes the EUR 140.00 regional tax for the right to study and the EUR 16.00 tax stamp.

The installment plan consists of three payments:

  • FIRST INSTALLMENT: EUR 156,00, by October 31st 2018;
  • SECOND INSTALLMENT: EUR 460,00 by 31st January 2019;
  • THIRD INSTALLMENT: EUR 460,00 by 31st March 2019;
  • FOURTH INSTALLMENT: EUR 460,00 by 31st May 2019;

Students making an installment payment after the due date will be assessed the following late fees for each late payment:

  • first month of delay: EUR 15.00
  • second month of dealy: EUR 30.00
  • from the second month: EUR 50.00

Payment of fees and additional fees must be made solely by means of debit slip by notice and may be made either via internet banking or at any bank branch.

Keep your receipts of payment throughout your student career for tax purposes and for any inspection.

To check your payments status:

  • Visit the website
  • With username and password log in theLog-in Area [‘Area Riservata’]
  • Click on Payment [‘Pagamenti’]

If your debit slips by notice for payment are not available in the Log-in Area[‘Area Riservata’]contact the Student Administration Office of the Department.

If you do not pay first installment of fees you cannot take examinations, engage in educational activities nor make changes to your student career.

If you do not pay second, third and fourth installment of fees, including any additional fee, you may take exams, but results are not ratified and you cannot take final exam or re-enroll until you do not settle payment.

The University of Macerata, offers for the a.y. 2018/2019 the opportunity of obtaining a partial or total exemption from tuition fees to students who comply with specific merit and economic conditions.

PLEASE NOTE: Starting from academic year 2017/2018 the on-line procedure for claiming reduced tuition fees is compulsory for all students and is included in the registration/pre-enrolment procedure (new students and students enrolling in the 1st year only) or the re-enrolment procedure (students enrolling in any year except the 1st year). Such procedure is mandatory also for students who do not comply with fees reduction requirements or who do not wish to submit their ISEE (students must click on "I declare I do not wish to submit my ISEE" rather than "I authorize the University of Macerata to obtain ISEE data from INPS (the National Social Security Institute)".
